bli bot is a Discord bot providing embed creation, welcome systems, server configuration tools, timestamp utilities, and additional features. A premium tier is available with enhanced capabilities.

You agree NOT to:

• removeUse bli to send spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• removeAttempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the bot or its infrastructure.
• removeUse the bot in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
• removeResell, redistribute, or sublicense access to bli or bli Premium.
• removeUse automated tools to abuse rate limits or flood commands.

4. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to bli — including premium benefits — for users or servers that violate these Terms, without prior notice or refund. Severe violations may result in a permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All bli bot code, branding, and assets are the property of the bli development team. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

bli bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced in our support server. Continued use of bli after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
